I take it you mean the BAND-AID Brand Adhesive Bandage tin with the very stylish looking woman on it? http://www.geocities.com/bandaidtins/lady3.jpg I have one of those in my personal collection at home, and it's one of my favorites! I don't know who designed it, but I will do some research and try to find out and will do a post on it in the future....so keep checking back here.
